 Warmth and sweetness on International Nurses Day
 

Over 300 Nursing colleagues had a great time celebrating International Nurses Day at Gleneagles Bistro on 12 May. At the tea party, nurses received from Mr Lee Cheow Seng, our Deputy CEO, gifts and flowers especially prepared for them.
 


 



As an extended token of appreciation, GHK also participated in an activity organised by the Association of Hong Kong Nursing Staff in which an ice-cream van visited GHK to offer our nurses free ice-cream. 
 



 

How do patients think we have been doing
 

At GHK, we strive for holistic patient care. With a view to ensuring our services live up to the Gleneagles brand name, we have been collecting feedback from patients since we soft-opened and it is encouraging to see that feedback has overall been very positive.

We have received compliments on our staff’s excellent services, attitude, professionalism and cleanliness of the environment. Various constructive suggestions were also noted which help us review our hardware and software from users’ perspectives. These comments are being actively translated into immediate actions and plans for improvement.

We attribute the compliments to all our colleagues who have been proving themselves a professional, caring team.​

A memento of GHK’s commissioning

Our pioneering staff received a commemorative souvenir especially made to thank them for their unrelenting support and contributions rendered to the commissioning and smooth opening of the hospital. Tailor-made with pure gold, it is hoped this token of appreciation will also serve as a memento of the unique experience and immense satisfaction we gained during the months as one team.
