Dear colleagues,
I was pleased to see your active participation in the various activities staged during GHK’s third Service Week. More importantly, it was an engaging initiative to help staff gain a deeper understanding of the Group’s core values, and the 5-Ups and G-hearts service standards. The theme “Passionately Caring” goes hand in hand with our “Uniquely yours” spirit through which we aspire to provide personalised care with human touch. I call for your continued support to embrace this unique service culture which will help us build a stronger image, distinguish GHK from other care providers, and make us proud to be part of the Gleneagles family.
Our media health column “醫語怡情” on Sky Post has been well-received for its diseased-based health articles shared by doctors. To allow readers to access a broader spectrum of health topics and further nurture the image of our brand, we have launched another education column “醫健怡情” on HK01 earlier this month. My thankfulness to all allied health teams for sharing their professional knowledge and taking the time to support this new column.
We have been actively listening to your voices and I am excited to share with you that the staff lounge on 3/F of Tower A will be ready early next month! I hope you would enjoy this cozy space especially created for you after taking your needs into serious consideration. Meanwhile, with the resumption of the CEO small group in March, I look forward to talking with you in person to keep our conversations going. So please don’t be shy to sign up for it when it’s your turn!
With the city adapting well to normalcy, the Government has further adjusted its COVID-19 vaccination service arrangements recently. Under the new arrangements, our Paediatric Clinic will start to provide BioNTech vaccination service for children from 2 June to help the community build an even stronger protection against the virus. To our SOC colleagues, thank you for facilitating this service.
